Lavender is primarily known for its calming aroma and medicinal benefits that can improve physical, emotional, and mental health. But did you know that lavender is a perennial and can come back year after year if you know how to care for it in each season? Its vibrant purple flowers that blossom in the summer are not possible without quiet root establishment during the winter and intentional pruning during the spring and fall.
